Playing With Color

I have purchased the Stampin’ Up! Granny Apple Green ink pad along with the ink refill and I am so excited to play with color combinations.

This green is so vibrant, and I am pairing it with Basic Gray and then adding a third color to create a mood.  The Night of Navy is traditional, like the Basic Gray, but with this green, is really a vibrant trio.

How about this combination?  Seems like a citrus theme.  Bright and cheerful.  Maybe these would be good for children’s birthday cards.

Or this grouping?  Seems a little softer, like early Spring.  I am thinking gender neutral Baby Shower card.

And maybe my favorite, Granny Apple Green with Basic Gray and Blackberry Bliss for the impact color.  Wow!  Wouldn’t these colors make an absolutely elegant Christmas card?  Just beautiful.

Like the Blackberry Bliss, the Merry Merlot is also quite lovely with the gray and green.  So sophisticated.  These are some deep, beautiful colors for cold winter months.

This Textured Weave Ribbon will provide some flair for the finishing touch.
