All of My Tools are Not Stampin’ Up!

Confession: All of my tools and supplies are not from Stampin’ Up! . . . but, I wish they were. I have used coupons to shop at the local craft store to purchase, for example, this Tim Holtz Stamping Platform.

Tim Holtz Stamping Platform

I have this and love it. Stamping with one of these will change your life. But, you know what? The Stampin’ Up! product is better. Why? Well, for starters, the Stampin’ Up! Stamparatus has two plates rather than just one.

The Stamparatus has two reversible plates, providing us with four surfaces for stamp placement. You can use both sides of the two plates. This is great because we can make adjustments to the placement of our stamps, testing the location of our stamped images, and then when every image and sentiment is perfectly aligned, we can stamp multiple cards. Each card will have our stamped images in exactly the right place. No smudges. No do-overs. No wasted cardstock. No ink all over my fingers. Oh. . . My. . . Goodness. Life changing.

Log in to Stampin’ Up! where you will find a video which shows the Stamparatus stamp placement tool in action.

And the small grid paper is just the pièce de résistance. You can line up your cardstock on this background perfectly. You can stamp on the edges of your cardstock without leaving ink residue on your platform. Stampin’ Up! speaks to the perfectionist in me.

Ready to shop? If you purchase the Stamparatus through my store, I will send you the small grid paper as a reward. When you are on the Stampin’ Up! site, make sure my name is in the upper right corner.

Do you agree that this tool is pretty great? Tell me what you think. I really do enjoy hearing from you.
